Fair Music Productions - Return Policy

At Fair Music Productions, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-personalized songs tailored to each customer’s unique request. Due to the custom nature of our products and their digital format, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy once production has begun.

1. No Returns or Refunds

• All sales are final once we start creating your personalized song.
• Because our products are digital, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery.

2. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations are only permitted before production begins. Once work has started, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Corrections & Revisions

• If there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect name or details that do not match the provided request), we will make reasonable corrections at no extra charge.
• Requests for additional revisions or modifications beyond the original order may be subject to additional fees.

4. Delivery Issues

• If you do not receive your digital download, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery time so we can resolve the issue.
