  • If a customer provides their own written lyrics and requests a song to be created using those lyrics, they retain full rights to the lyrics and may distribute the song as they see fit.

  • However, the initial recording provided by Fair Music Productions is considered a demo version, with our own singer performing the song.

  • Customers who provide their own lyrics may re-record the song with their own voice and release it as their own without any copyright restrictions.

Customers agree not to:

  • Submit any offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

  • Use our service for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
